Template to Reflect. Review. And Redesign (#116)

This article is a template for a year-end journaling process I share in this article (link – Reflect. Review. Redesign. (#115)). Sorry, but you’ll need to read that before you can understand this. Oh, you’ve read it already? Great! Sorry, carry on, please.

Review

Questions to ask while Reviewing the year:

What went bad?
Why did it go bad?
How could it not have gone bad?
What have I learned from it going bad?

Similarly

What went good?
Why did it go good?
How could it not have gone good?
What have I learned from it going good?

Do this for every important action/decision/thing that happened to you in the year. Even small daily habits which might have made a huge impact as the year progressed.

Redesign

Changes I Need to Make…

  1. And so on… (add as many as you think significant)

Things I Need to Keep the Same Way…

  1. And so on… (add as many as you think significant)

I really wish this method serves you well. Thank you for reading.
